North Haven, the first phase of Windsor Estates Guyana, is a fully gated and secure residential community, consistent with North American standards and features. North Haven residents can also enjoy access to a range of amenities (strictly limited to residents and their guests) including a community swimming pool, North Haven will also feature a walking track and small courtyard/park area with picnic benches, and when complete, will be highlighted by a majestic water fountain.

Residents will also be able to enjoy the benefits of a secure environment within the gates of North Haven, where we employed state of the art technologies like the installation of our CCTV camera system which is monitored around the clock and is also equipped with night vision.
