24 Hour Security
We understand the need for residents to feel safe in their community. Thus we will be adding twenty four hours security guard service at both gated entrances. In addition to a sophisticated infra red security system mounted on top of perimeter fence of Esplanade; both Esplanade and North Haven would be monitored by CCTV cameras for your peace of mind. Street lamps will be added to both areas for added security.
Recreation Park
In Esplanade, a half acre recreation park with a kids playground, a Zen water feature/fountain where one can contemplate on one of the multiple benches or simply take a stroll around the park.
North Haven will also enjoy its own 50’ X100 ‘community park/ kids playground.
